Anti-shock cushion ball + increasing pad is an air shock absorber, similar to the spring shock absorber principle.
It has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, heat resistance and cold resistance.
Shockproof ball through the pressure from the side hole to discharge the suction air to achieve the purpose of shock absorption,
it can be easily installed at the bottom of the tray, with small weight, small volume, to provide large shock absorption, buffer function.
Not only does it avoid the need to purchase air shock absorber in the process of transportation, but also its existence can
provide a safe and practical shock absorber for the transportation of packed wooden cases.
The shockproof ball has 5 different colors: orange/blue/yellow/green/brown,
and the shockproof ball of different colors represents different load bearing.
Heightening pads are black only and can be used with shock-proof balls.
(if the bottom height of the wooden box is in the range of forklift trucks, it is not necessary to use heightening pads.)
The anti-vibration ball can be directly installed at the bottom of the wooden box,
but it is necessary to increase the height of the pallet or wooden box by 30mm with wooden boards or piers,
and the height must be within the working range of the forklift truck.
(Note: manual forklift height does not exceed 95mm.)
